Shut off the negative thoughts!
In our lives we often go through life changes that can be hurtful. We have to decide when we will stop punishing ourselves over what was and start living in the present. Now don't get me wrong feelings and emotions are important. It is how we react to our emotions. We cannot continue to let impulsive explosive and negative thoughts fester. At some point we have to deal whatever is holding us back and move forward feeling positive. Change is always uncomfortable in the beginning. Going from old habits to new ones take awareness and practice. Start each day as you transition into a more positive thinker: think of at least one thing that is going good and focus on that.
